@hostedby20i We were in excess of 120 websites down and the additional workload it created for us during our busiest time was still being mopped up at 10pm last night. Surely there is some backup plan so the entire reseller network doesn't blackout in future?

@hostedby20i @TopRankInternet We're over an hour offline, 100+ websites and being absolutely bombarded by clients. What's the ETA on the fix here guys as the status page has not changed? I genuinely can't belive there is like zero backup plan for these situations!

@shaysda @HeartInternet It's really, very sad to see how much they have fallen from grace. Their systems / administration doesn't seem to have been updated in years.

@HeartInternet (2) I’m so glad I took steps following the last outage to move our primary accounts away from you. We still have some accounts with you however and many disgruntled clients that WE are currently taking the brunt of the failure due to your sheer incompetence.

@shaysda @HeartInternet Hope you manged to get it sorted ! Apologies for slow response, we don't tend to twitter much these days. We have been with them literally countless years, they used to very dependable. The bulk that's left is domain names and the odd historic mail account.

@HeartInternet (1) Guys, it blows my mind that after several catastrophic failures in the past, you still have catastrophic failures. It’s like your entire infrastructure is reliant on one system. If one thing goes down, countless other things go with it.

@cpmwebdesign @HeartInternet @hostedby20i Yes, the only one caveat to be aware of is I belive the domain DNS records needs to be fully pointed to 20i. So if your client uses an external mail provider this would be a problem with the free certificates (unless I'm mistaken).
