ESPN called Oregon "one of the best baseball programs, at least most consistent, west of the Mississippi." Must have flunked geography. There are at least 6 better programs in Texas & Oklahoma. Add Arkansas, Arizona, UCLA, Stanford & Ore. State and you have 11 without ASU & USC.

Clyde Drexler spent 11 1/2 seasons with @trailblazers, the first 11 of them with Rick Adelman, first as an assistant under Jack Ramsay, then as head coach. Clyde on Rick:
"A good man gone too soon. The ultimate gentlemen. He was kind, he was smart, he was just a phenomenal coach. He would put you in the best possible position to succeed. He was a players’ coach. Everyone loved playing for him because he had played in the NBA. Everyone should be lucky enough to be coached by Rick Adelman."
