I feel awful for recommending him (back in ‘21), he also duped me when he claimed success for one of my cases but didn’t actually *do* the work.

My 74 yr old auntie with chronic breathing problems, nebuliser dependent, switched to @BritishGas recently. Needed a new meter. Spent ages on the phone last week sorting it, was confirmed that DD set up. This morning she has no electricity or gas.

Apparently, according to the recorded message, Mondays are their busiest day and I should consider calling another day! My auntie has me. Other elderly and vulnerable people have nobody to help. What happens to them? 😢

Old PAYG meter was broken. New meter is for DD and she had no method to top it up. Spoke at length on the phone last week and they know she is vulnerable. Had to leave my disabled son at home with his carer and Grandma, even though he is not 100% today, to assist my auntie.

It’s caused so much distress the LA can blame the school and the school can deny it all criminals in my eyes.. Jaxons first years of life were spent in hospital even to a point we nearly lost him since school ages he’s been fit and well first two years of mainstream were amazing he’s always been a happy boy never once needed to to be told off he’s such a good boy … since September 2023 he’s been in the ALN class part time things have slowly gone down hill he’s been made out to be a liar and people know kids can tell fibs but not to this extent that he’s making himself ill .. he’s refusing to go in mainstream class even with his sister but he’s telling me he’s being shouted at for wanting to go in there he’s even said staff have shouted at him telling him stop telling me things .. I believe he’s been used for the support staff I fought for so other children got support there’s even been arguments in front of him at school 😒 one thing for sure I want more than a apology this time over a year I’ve begged them to listen but they rather gaslit me to keep him in that class gaslit him and see him being battered and screamed at in that class .. I’m urging everyone of the public to stand up for this little boy 😭😩
