The UNICEF U-report team visited Olokuta secondary school to commemorate Menstrual Hygiene Day, where we spoke to the students about menstrual hygiene, introduced them to different menstrual products, answered their questions, and distributed sanitary pads.

I had an incredible experience assisting during a bilateral hernioplasty. Being trusted by my superiors to contribute this way means a lot to me. The next time I’m in the OR, it will be as an intern. What a journey it’s been!
