On receiving distress calls from passengers at Abuja domestic yesterday, my team and I rushed to the terminal to examine the situation and provide proper information and care to the passengers bound for Ibadan. The delay was due bad weather across board. Passengers understood the situation but stressed the need for timely and honest information from the airlines.

Upon arrival in Ibadan later that day, the satisfied passengers texted (others called in) to express gratitude about the "professional handling by the NCAA team, of the incident.

Another day, another problem solved. On to the next one, since wahala no dey finish.
