@KevinAMolina Yeah I think something that’s lost in this debate is that it’s easier to pick in line with consensus when you’re picking early. After the top 15 a lot of the consensus best players are falling for reasons that aren’t public.
@ZoneReads@ArifHasanNFL@alexkatson I would love if it were as easy as “wisdom of crowds”. In fact, it’s just a crutch casuals use to evaluate when they actually can’t. I can say that and also say the Niners haven’t drafted well the last few years.
@Nfldraftregs@BuckyBrooks@AndrewSiciliano But it’s not very accurate. Tons of players went far later than consensus. Like it is in the first round and then gets less and less accurate each round after.
@TFG_Football@BuckyBrooks I think his point is more that some players are less valuable to some teams, and vice versa. So the consensus board docks teams for passing on players that don’t fit their scheme.
@ArifHasanNFL@alexkatson I don’t agree with everything he says. I’m answering your question why his grades are different. What’s a problem is that people are acting like the consensus board is fact when it lacks data on health, scheme fit an character. The way it’s used is a problem.
