In 2013, as a fresh graduate doctor working as a house officer, I was earning N180k a month. That money at the time converted to roughly $1,100.
Today, my mates at the time, who still work at government hospitals in Nigeria, earn roughly N560k a month. This sum now converts to around $670.
In an importation economy, can you see how this doctor has hustled backwards over the past 10 years?
For the record, methinks #AllEyesOnTheJudiciary is a neutral slogan that should ordinarily not offend a right thinking & sincere person in a civilised society. I can understand someone rejecting a negative slogan like "Let us turn our noses up at the Judiciary". Enough said
Trial and Error govt.
- Float Naira to unify blvck market and official rate but we come land for N910/$.
- Deregulate fuel by removing subsidy, marketers don say na N720 or nothing.
- Declare w@r on a sovereign nation you had no prior beef with. Why? ๐
- Then you turn around and be sending emissaries for dialogue.
The list goes on and on, instead of leading us well, No! you wan lead us enter inside well.
77days gone and this presidency is not presiding at all! ๐ค
