The Skinner Box experiment by B.F. Skinner shows that human behaviour is shaped by consequences. In the experiment, animals like rats were placed in a box where pressing a lever gave them food. Skinner explained that in real life, people also repeat behaviours that bring rewards
Closure is the Gestalt principle whereby the mind fills in missing parts of an incomplete stimulus and perceives it as a complete whole.

If you live in Lagos, you’ve probably experienced this 😂. Your boss sees you coming late and concludes you’re lazy, forgetting that Lagos traffic can humble a whole human being 😭

Fundamental attribution error is the tendency to overestimate personal factors while underestimating situational factors in explaining the cause of behaviour.
For example, your colleague comes late to work, and you immediately call them lazy without considering the traffic.

I like to see people from other cultures embrace and celebrate Yoruba heritage like this. Watching these British kids sing Lábé Igi Oròmbo gives so much joy. Our language and traditions are sweet, timeless, and clearly touch hearts far beyond Nigeria and moments like this make the culture feel even more alive and shared.
@Cultureloop_ It truly is 😊
I love to speak the language. The only problem I have is that I don't really know how to speak it. I always mix Yoruba with English 😪
I'm still learning it.

At a time when female athletes had almost no support, her breakthrough helped pave the way for the generations of champions who followed and turned Kenya into a global powerhouse in women’s athletics.
