@armaher41@Xiaomi@Snapdragon Follow my bro, I've filed complaint against them in Europe and Greece too. They had also been fined in Italy 3.3 million euros from agcm, because they refuse warranty.
While dealing with my own warranty issues with @Xiaomi, I took a look at their track record in Europe.
Spoiler: It’s not just us.
In 2022, the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) fined Xiaomi Italy €3.2 MILLION for unfair practices regarding warranties.
What were they doing?
🚫 Refusing warranty coverage over minor aesthetic scratches unrelated to the fault.
💰 Charging consumers inspection & shipping fees when refusing repair.
Sound familiar? 🤔
Under EU law, legal warranty is a right, not a favor. When regulatory authorities have to step in and issue multi-million euro fines, it shows a systemic issue.
Full update on my personal case coming soon. Stay tuned. ⏳

@Xiaomi Guys, check this out before you buy anything! Also, be careful with their customer support—they just send automated bot replies via email and ignore real warranty issues if you don't agree with them. @XiaomiSupport@Xiaomi
As promised, I am sharing clear evidence regarding @Xiaomi products and performance throttling.
Today is about redmi 15c
Xiaomi advertises "120Hz displays", but under the hood, software logic silently caps performance to 60Hz (and lower) even when 120Hz is explicitly enabled in Settings and supported by apps.
📍 Technical Proof (Android Logcat Data):
System service `vendor.power_applist-service.mediatek` (`libPerfCtl`) forces an internal `fps:-1` override and locks the Display Hardware Composer (`hwcomposer`) to `mode:2` (60Hz profile).
Log snippet:
MTK_APPList: [notifyAPPstate] ... fps:-1
hwcomposer: [HWCDisplay] (type:1, mode:2) fps:31.64
Selling a feature as 120Hz while hiding unannounced software hard-locks is misleading to consumers.

@Xiaomi Too bad your service center destroys factory water resistance during repairs on brand new defective units, then forces users to take back compromised phones. Fix your support! 🛠️❌ Ref: ASGR260702000000172
So @Xiaomi@XiaomiSupport asks for a DM to "help", I send 15 screenshots proving a DOA phone lost its IP64 seal during repair, & they reply: "it's escalated to another team, contact them". You mean the bots sending standard templates? Zero solution! Ref: ASGR260702000000172 ❌📱
As an Electronics Engineer & phone repair technician who used @Xiaomi for years, I’ve had enough. I’m starting a public campaign exposing defective Xiaomi units with real technical proof & CIT diagnostic data.Follow for teardowns & quality fails. Ref: ASGR260702000000172 🛠️❌

Worst support from @Xiaomi@XiaomiSupport! Bought a new phone with a defective camera straight out of the box (Ref: ASGR260702000000172). They opened it, ruined its factory IP64 water resistance, and refuse a new replacement! Zero accountability. ❌📱 #Xiaomi#BadService
@XiaomiSupport I sent a DM, but let's be clear publicly: Email support (Ref: ASGR260702000000172) only sends bot templates forcing me to take back a device that was defective from start & lost its IP64 seal during repair. I expect a real solution: a sealed replacement or refund!
