Pathetic customer service #BBdaily @bigbasket_com. Ordered a product which was not delivered on Monday. I checked on Tuesday the product was showing delivered. Now when complaint is raised, they are telling you had to raise a complaint within 48hrs.

My #spicejet flight from Darbhanga to Bangalore had a rough landing on Sunday. The plane came close to the runway, but then flew back up, took a U-turn, and then tried landing again. The only reason given was operational issues. I'm glad we landed safely, but it was a scary.
