Absolutely shocking service from @TowerHousewares My bin lid is faulty, I have 5 yearโs warranty, CS take days to respond to ref 688481 & ask me the world of questions! After over a weekโs communication no resolution! What is the point of ur warranty? I would like a replacement

@clarkshelp I think itโs absolutely shocking to only be offered 30% off another pair of school shoes when original scheme promised a replacement if shoes didnโt fit by February. Surely they could do a tad better than 30%. I spent a lot of money due to this offer

Absolutely awful service. Had a text at 11 advising my delivery would be with me between the hours of 4.39pm and 6.39pm. Its now after 10 and I have nothing. Thereโs been no update by text or even online! Fuming! Who knows if itโll show up tomorrow @xdp

@boohoo I placed an order Friday morning and paid for next day delivery for delivery today and I now get an email saying expected delivery date 27th!!!!! How can this be! I want my parcel TODAY
