I understand why the PayBox claim has been paused and I appreciate the team taking the time to sort things out.

One suggestion I’d like to share with the @moonpay team:

A lot of countries don’t have access to Moonpay which means many eligible users can’t complete the required step. Since it wasn’t mentioned from the beginning that a MoonPay transaction would be part of the claim process, many people were caught off guard.

It would be great if the team could provide an alternative verification method for users in unsupported countries such as meeting an X account requirement or completing another simple task.

I hope the team can find a fair solution so everyone who genuinely participated has an equal opportunity to claim.
