In particular, medical records have reportedly been accessed an extraordinary number of times following defamatory allegations, with concerns that sensitive health information may have been disclosed or used for purposes unrelated to legitimate medical treatment. Such practices, if verified, would constitute a grave breach of privacy, professional confidentiality, and fundamental legal safeguards.

These circumstances create an environment in which informal or defamatory narratives may enter official documentation and subsequently influence administrative or judicial processes. This raises serious questions about the integrity of legal proceedings in certain cases. One such matter concerns court case E-6082/2020, in which issues have been raised regarding property damage, the construction of questionable legal claims, and the possible misuse of the judicial system, including the alleged unlawful denial of the right to appeal.

Further concerns arise in connection with police case no. 007-2022-020351, where questions have been raised regarding the fulfilment of the statutory duty to investigate, potential corruption within law-enforcement structures, and indications of possible electronic document manipulation within digital administrative systems.

Taken together, these allegations suggest systemic weaknesses in oversight mechanisms within Icelandic public institutions. They also raise broader constitutional questions regarding accountability, transparency, and the effective protection of citizens’ rights under the rule of law.

Kerfið á að hafna beiðninni. En í mínu tilfelli gekk ein rafræn undirritun (Sign) í gegn sem Success þrátt fyrir 500-villu. Þetta er alvarlegt öryggisvandamál.
