@chilternrailway - for the past few weeks, the first class carriage has been declassified on the 1837 from Marylebone. Today, for some reason I was charged the additional £20. And many young people were sat in the corridor without a seat, while 1st class remained empty.

@chilternrailway I don’t have that. It was the 1837 from Marylebone. About 4th carriage along. But I did get in other carriages before hand and none of them had air conditioning
