BREAKING: Nvidia $NVDA is in talks to provide up to $250B in financing for an OpenAI datacenter in Ohio, as per the Wall Street Journal.

- The project could exceed $500 billion in total cost, making it the largest announced AI data center project to date. The first phase is expected to come online in 2028 with roughly 800 megawatts of capacity.
