@AVONHMO The portal, so where is the approval, and why will you suggest GP, did you see the child, did he not see GP before requesting for pediatrician. Is over 24 hours now, yet nothing from the HMO without stress and series of calls( today alone, I have called 5 times) I have evidence

@AVONHMO It took over 4 hours and numerous calls for admission to be approve for Wealth, it took 10 hours for Lab test to be approve for Valour, and you mention promptly,

I will be seeing official mail, I just want a response from you on why my son cannot see paediatrician

@AVONHMO Kindly note the hospital can't find approval, and secondly I was inform by your CS Team that ID 238879 was not approved to see paediatrician, before I proceed, kindly give the reason this was not approve and why you deprive my 8 months old son from seeing paediatrician
