@detoun__adetoun @royalairmaroc I had a similar bitter experience with @royalairmaroc. Misplaced my luggage and left me in limbo... Was so distraught! Fortunately, it came in after a couple of days.
Definitely wouldn't recommend. Customer service is veryyy abysmal!
So sorry you had to go through this.
