Former Prime Minister of Singapore, Lee Kuan Yew said, "Once a political system has been corrupted right from the top, from the very, very top, to the lowest ranks of the beaurecracy, the problem is almost impossible to solve without a revolution."

That's the situation we now have in Zimbabwe. We have a system that is rotten from right at the top.

The office of the president has become the epicenter of unscrupulous deals. The theater of sleeze, corruption, debauchery and plunder.

It moves everything from tenders, smuggling of minerals to even narcotics.

Those around it involve themselves in all manner of reckless expenditures, some that even the most notorius drug dealers the world has ever known would frown on.

That situation, Lee Kuan Yew says, "is almost impossible to solve without a revolution."

Fellow Zimbabweans, we need a revolution. We need a complete overhaul of the system and our revolution needs dedicated leadership with the will of the people at heart.

There is no way we can change our situation without a change of guard and ethos at the highest level of our beaurecracy.

We need to rid the highest office of greed, selfishness and a penchant for theft and primitive accumulation of wealth.

We need a new crop of leadership which knows that the presidency is about serving the people not an emperial office in which the occupant feasts on behalf of the people.

The president is not a demi-god that exists to be worshipped or a drug kingpin, an El Chapo, or Columbian Pablo, who exists to plunder national resources and erodes the country's cultural and moral Fibre.

We can't have a country where those close to the President afford to splash money, tens of millions of dollars on concubines and prostitutes when hospitals don't have basic things like bandages and painkillers.

If those that we elected to lead the country to prosperity become the very nuisance variables responsible for our suffering, then the words of Lee Kuan Yew become even more sonorous in our ears-"it is almost impossible to solve the problem without a revolution."

No it doesn’t make you a bad person mkoma. In a democracy you have every right to support CAB3 just as others have the right to oppose it. The concern is that while you are free to express your support, your ‘friends’ denied others that same freedom by criminalising, arresting & intimidating those who simply said No to CAB3. I believe the democracy in our constitution should not be tested by how we treat those like you who agreed with bill, but by how we protect the rights of those who disagreed with the bill.
