@AmericanAir today, a 5pm flight was delayed at 9am in the morning and changed to 7pm…that delayed changed 3 times and now we leave at 8:56! I understand things happen but this is a huge inconvenience and the amount of times this is happening is alarming

@Avis you have the worst customer service and system. I, for the second time, tried to use points to get a rental. This time I called in and spoke with a representative. She took the points, booked the rental and then said she couldn’t complete it because of a systems error

@gcal2600 @TheRock In a perfect world, that logic would make sense. But what you don’t realize is the film festivals are still highly biased toward non-white performers and movies. it would be great to have platforms where the work and art are judged fairly but the reality is there is not

@Avis i returned the vehicle on time, Avis charged me an additional $114 in error. I disputed the charge and provided documentation. The matter was escalated (#79000387) and on February 14, Erik (Claims) confirmed by email that the transaction was canceled.
