If Russia wants us to stop our long-range strikes against its oil refineries and oil exports, then Russia must stop its strikes against our energy system and critical infrastructure. This is only fair.
- @ZelenskyyUa
It is clear that Putin does not read Truth Social, and his โshahedโ drones follow a different set of instructions. But we in Ukraine immediately supported the idea of an energy ceasefire, as we did more than once for months when we ourselves put forward this idea. We agreed to an energy ceasefire. The American team knows very well what this means for us.
We do not have major oil reserves, large oil export capacity, or dozens of oil refineries. In Ukraine, we have just one oil refinery, and it was badly damaged by Russian strikes long ago. We import large amounts of diesel and other oil products. And I am grateful to all our neighbors, especially Poland, for helping us with our energy needs. For us, the key issue is electricity. Russia started its campaign of strikes against our power generation and power grid years ago. And every winter, including this one, Russians try to make these attacks even more intense โ we have power cuts every single day.
For Russia, of course, gasoline shortages and burning oil refineries โ because of our strikes in response โ are painful. And these are not the same volumes that could be lost because of the crisis in Hormuz. But if Russia wants us to stop our long-range strikes against its oil refineries and oil exports, then Russia must stop its strikes against our energy system and critical infrastructure. This is only fair.

As I've noted in the last 48hrs, the number of US KC-46 and KC-135 tanker aircraft returning to the region (particularly to European bases) has surged significantly, as the graph below shows. There are also early signs of more movements/returns planned tomorrow...
UPDATE: They're Coming Back Now... #IranWarโ

The last time the data saw a spike this steep was mid/late-February just before Operation EPIC FURY began.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is reportedly furious with Zelenskyy because his Truth Social app is now "ruined" without all the Russian bots spamming endless AI videos of him as a superhero or Jesus, and his app now just shows real people complaining about how everything sucks.

Ukraine is prepared to halt strikes on Russian oil refineries if Moscow stops attacking Ukrainian energy infrastructure, President Zelensky said in a renewed offer of an energy ceasefire. He added that he is not certain Putin is willing.

He said the attacks on the two holy places and on civilians and vital civil infrastructure prove the nature of the organization, and make vigilance and preparedness a shared responsibility. The Houthis were not content with hitting Mecca and Madinah, he added, and aimed at pilgrims as well.
The ordnance that exploded on schoolchildren hiking in the Ramim Ridge area in northern Israel is believed by the military to be a submunition from a Hezbollah rocket.
During the war in recent years, Hezbollah launched several Grad rockets containing dozens of BRB1-type submunitions at northern Israel. The rockets spread the submunitions over wide areas, and often do not explode on impact.
One of the schoolchildren is believed to have picked up a submunition during a hike along the Naftali Mountains Forest scenic route and put it in his backpack. Several minutes later, the submunition exploded, according to a preliminary probe by authorities.
The blast killed a teenager and wounded 19 others, including two in serious condition and three in moderate condition.
2/ The Houthi-Yemeni government frontlines have remained relatively stable since ISW-CTPโs last data cutoff. The Southern Giants Brigades destroyed five Houthi armored vehicles that were traveling toward Yemeni government-held territory near Dhubab Airport on the Red Sea coastal plain on October 11.
Yemeni government-aligned forces previously advanced to Dhubab Airport on October 5 and have not advanced further north at the time of this writing.[8] Yemeni government-aligned forces separately intercepted a Houthi fixed-wing drone over Jabal Sabr, east of Taiz City, on October 11. The drone interception followed heavy engagements near Jabal Sabr on October 10 amid ongoing Houthi efforts to fully encircle and capture Taiz City.
๐จ A submunition from a Hezbollah cluster bomb is behind the deadly explosion in northern Israel today, the military believes.
A teenager was killed in the blast that injured 19 other students and teachers.
Hezbollahโs indiscriminate terror against Israeli civilians must be permanently ended.

@Osint613 Saudi Arabia is a country of over 35million people. The notion that their airport is a no go zone is insane. People dont realize taht we are at a crossroads. After the US elections expect, Trump to unleash on Iran. The Houthis will also face the music
The IRGC claims a third supertanker was hit and set on fire in the Strait of Hormuz in 48 hours, saying it ignored warnings and switched off its navigation system.
Tehran also threatened a "decisive response" against commercial ships cooperating with U.S. forces.

IDF forces are at the scene, assisting the rescue forces and will continue to assist as required. The incident is being investigated to clarify its circumstances, and I thank all the teams in the field who are working to save lives and treat the casualties.
In this difficult hour, my heart is with the family, the injured, and their families."
Video from Ukraineโs 28th Mechanized Brigade showing infantry soldiers placing an explosive charge (likely TM-62 satchel charge) in buildings with Russian soldiers in Kostyantynivka. Infantry are needed as FPVs, Vampires, and UGVs struggle to dislodge infiltration groups in some cases.
