KANUNGU DISTRICT

Our medical odyssey today takes me and Rotarian Donnie Thomas to Mpungu Health Centre IV in Kanungu district.

The mission is to find out the needs and gaps in each of the health facilities on our path so that our @Rotary members can extend a supportive hand.

By the Grace of God my journey with Rotarian Donnie Thomas continues in different health facilities across the country.

Today , we are at Kambuga general hospital in Kihihi district, conducting a needs assessment for the Medical equipment donation from @projectcure USA.

Earlier today, Dr. @OsirePascal_, The @nrmentrepreneur of Kumi district brought Rtn Donnie Thomas from Colorado USA to Atutur Hospital.

This follows thorough lobbying done by Osire through the @Rotary for Atutur Hospital to receive modern medical equipment...

...In attendance were DHO Kumi, Dr. Sarah, staff, Hospital Admin, RDC, LC5 & Asst. RDCs.
They all expressed challenges faced by the hospital and thanked Dr. Osire for his passionate and timely action towards the people of Kumi...
