The George H.W. Bush Carrier Strike Group is at sea training as an integrated warfighting team. Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX) is the Joint Force’s most complex integrated training event.

At 17 years old, Charlie has spent a lifetime giving love.

Now, more than ever, he needs it in return.

After the passing of his beloved owner, Charlie is spending his golden years in a kennel. He doesn’t ask for much of a future home. All he needs is a soft place to rest and a family willing to open up to an older friend who has so much love left to give.

November is National Adopt a Senior Pet Month and we hope Charlie will get the chance to find his happily ever after. Let’s make his remaining years the happiest ones yet.
