I believe that for our public transport system to improve we must do away with the matatu system and culture. Some might oppose this sentiment, and oppose it only because of a lack of exposure, cz matatu and nganya are the only things they know!!
This is the picture of the said driver, Benson Karanja. I hope @Uber@Uber_Support will also assist since I shared the payment details when I lodged my initial complaint
THIEVING UBER DRIVER!! Two days ago I ordered an Uber for my mum. Upon arrival to her destination the Uber total was Ksh. 1150, but as they had used the expressway the Uber driver asked her to add Ksh. 410 and so the total was Ksh. 1560. By mistake mum ended up paying Ksh. 11560
I have reached out to @Uber@Uber_Support but there is no assistance, even though I feel they are in a position to help me out. We have also reported the case to the police. The registration number of that Uber is KDS631A, a red Toyota Tank
It took a while before we realized this mistake. We tried reaching out to the driver, Benson Karanja, via calls and texts but seems he switched off the number. At one time he answered but cut the call.
The "mash" scammer even created a fake website https://t.co/QpjG9ZRGHu that he uses to make you believe that the whole transaction is legit @masheastafrica@sikikaroadsafek@DCI_Kenya. Again, it falls on the real company to educate their clients on this imposter
Apparently there is a scammer out there with the phone number 0752 960289 who is going about impersonating Mash East Africa Bus Company, and his con game is so good. I believe @masheastafrica should do more to protect their clients from this @sikikaroadsafek
@UG_Airlines what more do I have to do in order to get my ticket refund from you. You were so fast to deduct the penalty amount but when it comes to refunding me according to your policies that's where you drag your feet. Is this the best level of customer care you can offer?
The anger I have when I see all the destruction from our protests yesterday ππ I support protesting in a peaceful and nondestructive way. Maybe we should normalize meeting up to clean out city after protests #GoodGovernance#Kenya
@SafaricomPLC@Safaricom_Care how is it that I can experience 5 episodes of home fiber disruptions in the past two months. And each time you take more than 24hrs to fix it, the worst being when I did not have internet for a whole 72hrs!! This is so unfair...
