What exactly was that, @SafaricomPLC @Safaricom_Care? Data every single time I want to complete a transaction? Saved bill details wiped out, the UX felt cluttered, and the whole app was just unnecessarily busy.

M-pesa app was seamless. This new one is not worth the hassle.

@SafaricomPLC I already activated it...this is a subsequent usage and it won't open for me on WiFi. If I turn to mobile data it functions. This one you guys flopped. Such an inconvenience.

So @SafaricomPLC pushed a forced update and quietly killed the M-PESA app (which has been my favourite app)

All my saved bill details? Gone.
Can’t run two apps for my two SIMs anymore.
And to top it off, the new app won’t even open on WiFi.

This is a downgrade, not an upgrade.
