Meet Joy Ruth Acheng @AchengJoyRuth (in yellow and wearing glasses), Uganda High Commissioner and ambassador to canada behaving like a common street thug, instead of a seasoned diplomat, threatening to call Ottawa Police Service @OttawaPolice to act against peaceful protest organised by Uganda's diaspora in Canada against #corruption and human rights abuses in Uganda and saying the "opposition in Uganda is kidnapping and killing their own people to tarnish the image of Uganda".
