What the heck is a #VirtualBookFair? It's a day-long event when authors all over Twitter read excerpts from their book and host a Q&A after. You can learn more at https://t.co/nznz8wImn1 and even check out authors from our past fairs. #WritingCommunity#BookTwitter
Have you ever returned a library book late? A few weeks ago, a 65-year overdue book was returned to a high school in Washington. Thankfully, the $470 late fee was waived!

Wednesday Word game? Your new book title is:
The weather where you are + Your fave day of the week + 'in" + your last holiday destination
What have you got?
🎵I have a fun activity for today!🎵
I'd love if you could share a song (just one!) that either reminds you of your wip or a specific character in it. You have a playlist, right? Give me one of your favs from it!
I'll listen to them all!
I'll also include mine in the comments!
Our next #VirtualBookFair is scheduled for Friday, February 11, 2022! Sign ups will open soon, and a new update to the website will be launching, too. We can't wait to start hanging out with the #WritingCommunity again! #AmWriting
@may_carlen We think you're an author if you're work is published, in any capacity. And we think you're a writer if you write, full stop. You don't have to be an author to be a writer. But you do technically have to be a writer to be an author!
Hi, friends! We hope everyone is still reading and writing, but if you're not, we still love you <3 we miss the #WritingCommunity dearly and hope to be back with our #VirtualBookFair later this fall. Thank you always for your support.
Some technical difficulties made it so @TeresaBassett20 couldn't join the #VirtualBookFair yesterday -- so she recorded a video! Brilliant! Take a watch and catch up on other readings you may have missed. #WritingCommunity
