A whole week and your mobile banking app is down,no communication from you people no absolutely nothing!

@CBKKenya@KingdomBankKE This is not the first time ,this is happening and as usual they don’t issue any communication whatsoever regarding the situation,how economical is it to use 250 shillings to get to the nearest branch to withdraw say 1000 over the counter because their mobile banking is down?
@CBKKenya@CBKKenya@KingdomBankKE operates in a very kangaroo way,their mobile banking services are rarely available,both USSD,their mobile app,they don’t communicate to customers for such technical issues
This is the third day running when I can’t access their mobile banking app!
