2026 has been less than ideal conditions but here's what's helped me be successful:

Cut out overtrading. If I start the day with a win I log off and only allow 2 trades MAX

Size down. The volatility in this market is insane. You don't have to size a lot to make a lot

No A+ setup no trade. I am averaging maybe 3 trades a week right now

Remember trading is not linear and month to month gains is going to differ. This is part of trading don't stress over hitting a certain number focus on your process

BREAKING: Trump says a deal with Iran, including opening the Strait of Hormuz, has been "largely negotiated" after calls with Israel and regional allies.

He said final aspects and details are still being discussed and will be announced "shortly," without giving a specific timetable. Trump said he spoke with leaders from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, Turkey, Egypt, Jordan, Bahrain and Israel.

A regional official with direct knowledge of the Pakistan-led mediation says the two sides have made "significant progress" but cautioned that "last-minute disputes" could still blow up the effort. Per AP.

This is not the first time in recent weeks a deal has been described as close.

Tapped into hourly FVG after bullish overnight session

1m IFVG confirmation for longs into highs for TP1/BE

TP2 at internal wick high

Very clean setup today although price was pretty up down off open but was expected with $NVDA ER afterhours

Was a relative earlier entry than I normally would have went for but was confident we would see run up into overnight highs the way $ES was seeking continuation
