Shocking customer service from @AcerUK_Official and @currys has left my 80 year old mother without her PC for 5 weeks. It's still under warranty and absolutely no sign of a fix.

Disgusting service from @virginmedia , my elderly parents rely on their inbound phone calls on your landline and they aren’t working. An engineer acknowledged the problem but then left and we haven’t been able to get an answer out of anybody on the phone #virginmedia

@virginmedia @virginmedia. The broadband is resolved, but it is proving very challenging for my elderly to communicate with you. All they want to do is buy more services from you!! They are so frustrated that they are thinking of going to SKY.

I spent over an hour 'On Hold' with your technical support and customer service team, being passed from pillar to post. I came away more frustrated than when I started!
