@KingstonCycling @HudjoPark Ah thanks. Didn't know about that but will look into it! 👍

@KingstonCycling Hi there. Just wondering if you've heard any feedback on the Kingston station cycle parking please. Is it secure? Have there been any reports of bike thefts etc?

@KingstonCycling Sorry, super hectic couple of days.
Yes very helpful thanks - and disappointing that such a useful resource and major investment is being wasted.

We're actually looking for a secure place in Kingston town centre to park, but the station ideas are good too. Thanks!

Federal court in TN issues broad, nationwide injunction prohibiting the NCAA from directly or indirectly enforcing its NIL rules - an enormous victory for college athletes and a well-earned, catastrophic loss for the NCAA. (😥)

Congrats to the TN AG, the Vols, and Spyre Sports!

[Joshin and Jokien @joshcarlosjosh]

they woke up feeling horrible and told themselves they would finally, really, 100% go to bed early that night

but they were, all of them, deceived, for another late bedtime was made

@1966MJG Given my skills I'm more likely to be skimming it along the road!! 😂😂

I thought we were meant to ban bad things, not good ones. We have 165k vacancies in social care, yet a Cabinet Minister vilifies people who might want to come here to work in care for also wanting to live with their family.
Horrible, aggressive & stupid

Look at the power NHL fans have!

Don't like what your team or the league is doing, stop going to games.
With almost half revenue coming from bums in seats the league or teams have to act pretty quickly when fans take action.

Truly one of the best, most informative stories/viz we've published at @Sportico. Every sports fan should understand the info in this piece from @kbadenhausen about how the @NFL, @NBA, @MLB, @NHL and @MLS make money.

@oldenoughtosay I'm assuming you've seen this already... but if not, you need to! 😀

[Football Away Days @FBAwayDays]

🇩🇪 Former Bayern Club President, Uli Hoeness on the clubs season ticket prices. 💶

🗣 “We could charge more than £104. Let's say we charged £300. We'd get £2m more in income, but what's £2m to us?”

🗣 “In a transfer discussion you argue about that sum for five minutes. But the difference between £104 and £300 is huge for the fan. We do not think the fans are like cows, who you milk.” 🍼

🗣 “Football has got to be for everybody. That's the biggest difference between us and England.” 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Old but gold but perfectly put, and relevant with some of the extortionate prices some clubs are charging currently on this country.

BRITISH FOOTBALL CLUBS NEED TO TAKE NOTE!!!! 🇬🇧

@GabSutton @EFL Sutton 1-2 Wrexham
Sutton by far the better team but defensive lapses and finishing/final ball quality betrayed them.
Very disappointed with Wrexham - given their side expected a lot more from them.
Snatched the win from only real chances.
Very harsh on Sutton.

[Owain Thomas 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 🇺🇦 🏳️‍🌈 🏳‍⚧ @Owain_Thomas]

Wrexham hold on.

Harsh!
Sutton really deserved something from that, but the (lack of) quality at both ends showed sadly.

Also Wrexham fans gave a lovely rendition of Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau.
Tried not to join in too obviously!

The Wrexham train rolls into Sutton tonight.

Fletcher and Marriott are staying up front for Wrexham, with Mullin and Palmer on the bench.... pretty easy then!

Hoping Sutton get something to help their safety bid.

Wrexham finally start playing and retake the lead.

Sutton not clearing their lines properly and get caught out down the right.

Elliott Lee with a good low drive.

@medibot33 Tbf the Wrexham GK had wasted a fair bit of time on goal kicks and then Harry's injury lasted about 2 mins.
Sadly I thought it was about right.
