You don’t say wake up early, you say we shall wake up so early tomorrow.

It helps them appreciate that men or boys too can cook, can clean, can exercise, can lay beds, clean their toilets.

If you ever plan to build multiple homes, ask an architect to design a master plan first; it will save you a lot and guide future planning.

The client requested 5 homes, and we have delivered 2 so far. Here's how it began.

In May 2025, we had a 3-hour discussion with a team of eco-living enthusiasts, which culminated in a master plan that we shared 4 weeks later.

On Sunday, we handed over keys for the first batch. Landscaping will change the look of things.

Sometimes young people lose hope, because they’ve only seen and heard of the rosy side of those they want to be like. So they imagine that it could have been a straight path for their role models. Hence quickly getting frustrated when theirs doesn’t seem to be working out as early as hoped. It happens, but a bit rare that academic success or even excellence immediately lands you where you want. After undergrad, I tried to go to UK for kyeeyo. I was denied visas twice! Those days when you would have to line up at the UK visa office from as early as 3:00am, to be attended to starting at 9:00am. And by 9:00am, the queue would be almost 1km long! All for an opportunity, to go do unskilled work. Looking back, I’m happy that they denied me the visas.

I can relate, especially when I had just finished undergrad, hunting for a job. I had a stint at a restaurant, where I sometimes came to such thoughts… You just have to sustain the pursuit of what you want in life. Sometimes the stars eventually align, sometimes not. But we don’t wait for luck, even if it might come.

This building attached incorporates a performing arts stage, an auditorium to seat 400-420 people, rehearsal rooms, an exhibition area and teaching facilities for Music, Dance, Drama and Visual Arts. The theatre hall is to be used for big school gatherings like assemblies and graduation ceremonies. Total built up area is about 2500sm.

Fees here range between USD 6,200 to over USD 32,000.
