@jc_playmakerWNY Ellis have mentioned how she has plans and contingencies planned six months before play begins down to roster and subs.
With a lot of unknowns this team was put together about a month out.
@jc_playmakerWNY Yeah the $300 cleats and $50 shin guards are to blame. While that’s all the equipment they will personally need beside a ball.
Not the system itself or individuals running it. But yeah $300 cleats put us in the situation we are in. 🙄🙄

The recruiting process will feel lonely, just remember:
• You're doing this for a reason
• People believe in you
• You believe in yourself
Keep grinding, you got this.

“The club soccer system is broken. It’s way too expensive for parents. Families shouldn’t have to spend THOUSANDS for soccer and the recruiting process.”
-said every recruiting agency/service charging THOUSANDS for the recruiting process and adding more fear to the “broken system.”🤣
“Why are HS athletes training so much? 4 games in 7 days is a lot. Kids need rest! Recovery is important. Club soccer and HS soccer coaches do too much running, and their training is terrible.”
-said every individual trainer who runs a business doing a lot of individual work, running, lifting, and ball work for a monthly rate. 🤣
Parents, recruits, and coaches: There’s a narrative to everything, so be mindful of the hypocrisy out there. The Truth? Youth Sports is a BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY and everyone wants a piece of it.
If you are charging, then we are all equally guilty of pay to play no matter how you try to spin it to make your company look good.

The recruiting process is great but once you get to college, it’s a whole different level.
Everyone is fast, technical, tactical, and strong!
No matter who you are, the speed of play is a wake-up call in college.
You have to put in the work.

@CarliLloyd Where is Dwight S
“ Dwight: Okay, great. Dermatitis. Thank you, Angela. I'll make sure that's covered. Who wrote this hysterical one? Anal fissures?
Kevin: That's a real thing.
Dwight: Yeah, but no one here has it.
Kevin: Someone has it.”
Not fun but hope it makes you smile.
@julmichel This is not the end for TY but a continuation of what he started. He’s a proven leader and caring teammate. I am looking forward to your pictures and updates.
