My worst travel experience ever! Part 1 - A thread about @Goibibo's complete failure at customer service. I booked @etihad flight via @goibibo . The airline rescheduled it by a FULL DAY. Goibibo offered me: alternate flight or refund. I chose refund via their app.
I called @etihad directly. And they haven't received ANY refund or cancellation request from @Goibibo. So where is my refund request? What exactly is Goibibo doing with it? This is unacceptable. A travel platform with NO human customer care helpline is a disgrace.
