Oh yeah I don’t post art here anymore for obvious Al reasons.
If you want art from me I post here in order of how much I post (most to least)

Ok but I'd argue some of them are only full BECAUSE of therapy. Me 10 years ago would be blank except no drugs and maybe a talent
Two had to be half full, because it's dependent on perspective... lmao
My Steamdeck battery is swelling and causing the screen to pop out right after the price increase, I've only had it for 3 years and I bought it Third Party (let's hope Steam Support really are looking out for me....)
“It’s a man repellent”
“It looks like grandma”
“It only works if skinny”
Me and my fat grandma ass wearing this style 👀 (I don’t have any full body shots but trust me I even have the maxi skirt)
Love my granny look
Unfortunately had to pull out of attending Quake Con as I am moving homes.
Very sad about Quake Con but very excited about moving. The focus will be online sales when I get back!
@rigormortisdiet Was really lucky to find a great clinical psychologist (better than a therapist and deals more with diagnosed mental illness but more $$$, not everyone has that choice)
When I switched to therapy I realized that most of them kind of SUCK (finally found another good one)
@rigormortisdiet My stabilized menty ill opinion: Therapy is a powerful thing. It can improve your life so much (it did for me) that being said, you are opening up vulnerabilities with a stranger. A stranger whos capable of doing a shit job and ruining your life
It's not a get fixed quick scheme
My theory:
People see indie as a mirror, to something they can do. But they haven't. It's jealousy. It's not a vague entity its a person who succeeded into making their OC story, while they haven't.
Corpos are unreachable, therefore less jealousy and no reason to punch down.
the biggest problem with art as a whole right now is people treat indie artists as soulless megacorporations and people treat soulless megacorporations like indie artists
@Recovery_Gamer I don’t know if I agree. Smaller indie projects don’t get nearly as much flack until it reaches higher popularity. The content itself doesn’t seem to matter as much.
People have their own ideas they want to succeed, they dont want someone elses idea specially
@fizzaroti Like I really used to be that jealous lurker who just got angry at other people succeeding and didn’t think smart about how I was doing things.
Once something was “done” (sorta because I still work on it) was like “oh i seee”
@fizzaroti This is probably the best advice I’ve taken on in my life. Or breaking it down into smaller steps.
I don’t have an indie story yet but I applied it to opening an online store and the confidence succeeding and following through helped me with starting other projects.
