I must commend the great work you are doing in making passport application easier. However, I have been trying to upload a photo to no avail. This shud not be difficult given that a proper one would be taken during capturing. Kindly help resolve this

@stefikal_ @nigimmigration @BTOofficial Ooh that is nice that you were able to fix it without having to pay extra. Uploading a picture that wont end up on the passport should not be this difficult. Atleast we uploaded picture during NYSC. They definitely know what they are doing. I wish @BTOofficial is aware of this

@stefikal_ @nigimmigration @BTOofficial Not at all.. I ended up paying 140k to their officers to do the passport. Funny enough the picture i could not upload myself was still what i sent them. I know for sure this is not a mistake. It is sabotage so they can keep making illicit gain.

Uploading a passport should not be this difficult. It would just push people back to agents who would fleece them and the idea of making it easier to register will be defeated. Please work on this

@nigimmigration @BTOofficial @nigimmigration @BTOofficial. Thanks once again. I followed the instructions to the best of my abilities but the link still says ICAO compliance issues. Which is what I am saying that the ICAO is unnecessarily strict for a photo upload that will not show on the passport document

@nigimmigration @BTOofficial I think the passport upload should be made more easier/less strict since a proper passport photograph would be taken during capturing and the uploaded picture is merely a formality/identity. Kindly look into this to make the application seamless @nigimmigration @BTOofficial
