I rarely tweet, have virtually no followers, but over the past couple of years circumstances have led me to a point where I hardly ever leave the house & I need to do something about that because it's not healthy on so many levels. #mentalhealth#selfcare
After a long, hot, dry summer the season is finally beginning to turn... there's more lovely weather in the forecast but the leaves are starting to turn and fall, they were crisp under foot this morning!

@Jag248RPA I love Morse, I've seen every episode multiple times... except The Remorseful Day... watched it at first broadcast, can't bring myself to watch it again, such powerful acting from both John Thaw and Kevin Whately! ๐ญ
I had 3-4 weeks off Twitter with autistic burnout recently & my engagement is right down (also due to standing up to a vile group of trolls on here-they reported me lots, restricting my reach). If you see this photo it would be so ace if you could RT it or drop me a quick hello if you have a moment, both of which help an account get back on track. I also hope these little violas ping some floral dopamine in your meat computer & give you a small lift ๐ฟ
@RandomGooner74@stephenpollard Maybe send an enquiry to the practice manager to ask if they actually have the correct PPL licence to play the radio openly, you can report them if they don't... I doubt they do, most don't realise it's required and they can run to a lot of money as it's based on square footage.
Early morning walks are the best option in this summer of endless sun and heat! Scarlet Bush Rose seen this morning along the way.

@MannGeorgia@BBCRadio3 The only bean worth considering, especially at this time of day, is the coffee bean... So my suggestion would be "Ei! wie schmeckt der Coffee sรผรe" from Bach's Coffee Cantata!
Back out after a long stretch of poor health, so much to see. Loved this Flowering Flax, which I've not encountered before โค๏ธ

@sidesey Thank you, I only use my camera phone, it's not even a particularly expensive one... I just take lots of shots of anything I find interesting and then I can choose the best ones... sometimes they all come out blurry! Occasionally I crop a photo to centre things but that's it ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
