@gtbank_help @gtbank Please I've applied for my $card since Jan, nd till now I haven't got a mail to come and pick it up. Pls do I need to wait 2months just to get my card? Where i stay is quite far from where the bank is, and I wouldn't want to come to be told it isn't ready.

@guotransport I'm pained... I was transloaded into a bus that carried passengers that paid #10,700 from Mazamaza to Abakaliki, whereas i paid for a bus of 14,000 from jibowu... Let this be the last time I will enter GUO. I'm pained.

@guotransport i even tried reaching the customer service, but they kept dropping my calls. We got transloaded on the main road not even at their park. It's very bad and disappointing. This is happening the second time. At counter, I was told no transloading but it was all lies
