Despite facing a federal lawsuit, @HUDgov has doubled down and is escalating their investigation against RTTL. The letter they sent us yesterday shows they have not learned their lesson. They continue to pretend that public commentary about white communities is the same as advertising or selling real estate. Egregious! We are planning additional legal actions against them.

Sort of. Eric is the President and primary spokesperson for Return to the Land. The community in Arkansas is a distinct legal entity, separate from RTTL. It can be confusing and lot of the online-only folks get that wrong.

Criticize @Aarvoll_ all you want, but he did just renew his offer to debate his critics. Perhaps you should take him up on it.

Planting apple trees is an American tradition. After the American Revolution, when pioneers moved west to settle land grants from the Ohio Company they were required to, among other things, plant at least 50 apple trees to secure their homestead grant.

The Arkansas community adopted and transplanted a very large unwanted fig tree, last winter. Along with the dormant stump came many smaller branches, which had been pruned off the canopy. I sectioned a couple branches into 3-4" cuttings and did my best to root them during the winter. I ended up with 18 new fig tree clones, 3-4' tall, some of which are already attempting to bear fruit this season.
