In a historic ruling, the High Court has finally ruled against this foreign criminal despot M7's attempt to rig the Tooro succession.
For days, Museveni used all means possible to manipulate the kingdom's succession behind the scenes, deploying state machinery, money and political pressure to ensure he has utmost control over Tooro Kingdom.
This is not new. He already declared himself king of Ankole, and the whole Uganda as well. With Ankole, M7 has systematically dismantled all the monarchy's privileges and lineages to kill the cultural independence.
He wanted to apply the same Ankole model to Tooro.
His plan was clear: block the legitimate Babiito lineage and install a puppet king whom he can control from the State House, effectively taking the kingship out of the hands of the Tooro people and putting it in his own pocket.
But the Court has said NO.
The ruling has exposed the whole scheme and protected the sovereignty of the Tooro Kingdom.
And as the Tooro situation unfolds, one thing is now clear; 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐢'𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚.
Chris Obore and other Parliament officials who stole over UGX 31 billion are out on bail after just two months.
Alex Mufumbiro because he supports Nup he has spent a full year in prison and bail is repeated denied.
One side gets bail. The other loses a year of his life.
The question is simple: is justice really blind, or does it depend on who you are and what you support?

Princess Ruth Komuntale spits fire at M7 amid continued persecution of her deceased brother, King Oyo!
Using carefully calculated words, Princess Komuntale could hardly conceal her frustration, dissatisfaction and disappointment over how power-hungry despot Museveni has infiltrated the Toro Kingdom and intents on tearing it apart, even when King Oyo is yet to be laid to rest.
"Stop this stupid trauma, stop it!" the princess strongly says.
It should be recalled that criminal Museveni has self-enthroned kings in the kingdoms of our country, Uganda, and is gradually eliminating the real kings, just as he recently did with Toro's King Oyo (RIP).
Foreign criminal despot Museveni has moles pitting members of the Babiito clan (the royal clan of the Toro Kingdom) against each other and spreading misinformation regarding the king's succession.
It is against that backdrop that Museveni's sycophants, such as Gen. Tumukunde, Andrew Mwenda, and others, are increasingly being heard on this issue.
Heartless despot Museveni needs to exhibit some humanity and leave the Batoro alone, as they have never meddled in his kleptocracy.
After silently eliminating King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV through poison, criminal Museveni has now placed the royal family under arrest.
That is the order of the crime.
First the king is removed in silence, then the mourners are caged so that no independent voice can stand over the body of the late King Oyo and demand answers.
Queen Mother Best Kemigisa’s statement is not a palace quarrel. It is a mother’s cry against occupation. While Tooro is still mourning Omukama Oyo, senile criminal Yoseri Tibuhaburwa Kagutema alias Museveni has turned Karuziika into an enemy camp. She says the family is under house arrest, Royal guards were removed without notice. Troops of the junta now surround the palace.
Mourners cannot enter freely and the family cannot leave. That is how this foreign octogenarian despot works. He does not wait for burial rites, he does not leave the Babiito to bury their king. He inserts soldiers into a funeral and treats grief as rebellion.
The logic is crude and familiar;
1. A dead king cannot speak.
2. A surrounded palace cannot organise.
3. A mother under military watch cannot expose what was done to her son.
Poison does the quiet work. Soldiers finish the public work.
Succession is then arranged over a grieving household and a sealed compound. This is cruel and inhuman, this is the signature of Musevenism. Whatever clan fight now exists, it must not be settled over a grieving mother and the body of a departed king. King Oyo served Tooro for 31 years, He deserves to be mourned with honor, not ringed by goons.
We must stand with the people of Tooro. Fellow Batooro, fellow Ugandans: condemn this madness. Demand truth. Demand accountability. End the intimidation. The silent killing of King Oyo, and the torment now inflicted on his family, must be independently investigated—not buried under the weight of State House.
No junta should use soldiers to suppress mourning. No mother should beg a despot for permission to bury her child. Museveni’s system treats every independent voice as an enemy. That is not government. That is occupation. our country Uganda deserves freedom, compassion and accountable leadership.
Enough is enough with Musevenism. Criminal Museveni must go.

Let the record show: in the year of our Lord 2026, and foreign criminal despot Museveni has managed to produce more plot twists in Tooro succession than ever.
Explain this to me and I'm willing to understand: Why does a president get to dictate who becomes the King of a kingdom he doesn't run or even belong to?
Daily Monitor reported “Minister Witonze said the government and the kingdom should wait for guidance from President Museveni, whom he described as the"Chief Elder”
Here is what happened. King Oyo, once the world's youngest reigning monarch, crowned as a toddler, died of slow poison later sanitized as "cancer" in August at 34. What should have followed was a quiet, custom-bound handover as the Babiito clan has managed since before Uganda existed as a colonial line on a map.
Instead: a hand-picked heir who took one look at the job and fled back to his UK coaching gig, a self-declared "Omusuuga" who already retired a year ago according to his own sons, and a mystery-heir story that came not from the clan, the Queen Mother, or the palace, but from Museveni; two days after Oyo died, before the family had said a word. The clan's reply, roughly: we have no idea what he's talking about.
That was just the opening. Museveni has since sent his security operatives, a minister, then a cabinet team, then Vice President Jessica Alupo, then a retired general, to "harmonise" a cultural ritual involving zero armed forces and zero tax revenue.
Then the 21-member succession committee announced its pick not once, but twice, of two (02) different men, days apart.
First it was George Kamurasi, backed by and picked by Dictator Museveni as a way of rigging the succession. Then, on Wednesday, the Babiito clan pivoted and crowned Prince Edward Kijanangoma Rukidi instead
If you're going to install a king, you might as well pick one who already works for the government.
The Queen Mother wasn't consulted on either announcement. On Thursday she said as much, calling it a betrayal of her late son's will which she says named his own son first, then two named princes, with the Omusuuga only as a last resort.
Her son's body was still lying in state when the clan held its press conference to announce his successor.
U.S.-sanctioned death merchant, famously known as "the illiterate General Kandiho" abducted
Yes, you heard it right!
Kandiho, a death merchant, ruthless torturer, regional diplomatic persona non grata, illiterate General and U.S.-sanctioned, unremorseful human rights violator, is currently testing the wrath he has repeatedly subjected innocent Ugandans to.
Foreign criminal Kandiho was abducted yesterday and is being held incommunicado alongside his predecessor at the dreadful Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), Brig Gen (Rtd) Charles Bakahumura, two weeks after illegitimate despot Gen Museveni dumped them, along with 17 other generals.
The abduction of death merchant Kandiho is part of an ongoing power struggle and infighting currently at a boiling point in Museveni’s crumbling junta.
According to insiders, Kandiho, together with other generals whom Museveni forced into retirement, had been plotting to oust him.
Apologists and spin doctors of criminal Museveni’s brutal junta have come up with a red herring, claiming that Kandiho was abducted because he was seen in a video dancing outside State House during the retirement ceremony.
But you should treat that bizarre alibi with the contempt it deserves. Truth be told, criminal Museveni’s house is on fire, and it will eventually burn down even the house’s owner sooner rather than later.
Alas, Kandiho remains such a notorious criminal that Ugandans across the country and abroad pray that he will one day be brought to book and put where he belongs- "behind bars" to answer for the grave crimes he committed against innocent citizens mainly members of the opposition labelled as enemies while propping up criminal Museveni’s brutal junta.
Kandiho’s heinous crimes include but are not limited to; extrajudicial killings, illegal detentions, torture, and enforced disappearances, all carried out to prop up Museveni’s brutal junta.
While serving as head of CMI, Kandiho’s tenure will always be remembered for misrepresenting the face of a military intelligence apparatus. Kandiho took the law into his own hands, becoming the investigator, arresting officer, prosecutor, and supreme judge all at the same time.
Kandiho targeted and executed anyone he labelled as opposed to Museveni’s power greed. But he did not stop there. He also took advantage of Museveni’s protection to conduct summary executions of wealthy businessmen and used his agents in armed robberies.
Kandiho remains a living testament to the “use and dump” principle, which has no exception under the aging, foreign tyrant Museveni.

Foreign senile octogenarian despot Museveni finally said the quiet part out loud: "I'm a modern-day king." Not a president. Not servant of the people but a King.
For over 4 decades in the State House, Museveni is no longer interested in preserving the language of republican government. He speaks as though Uganda were his personal kingdom, the national budget was his royal treasury, and citizens were subjects waiting for envelopes from the throne.
But here is the deeper irony: the man who now claims the title of king has spent decades weakening the independence and dignity of Uganda's traditional institutions.
He has crippled kings through systematic weakening, there is credible evidence establishing that as fact.
He has turned respected cultural institutions into instruments of political patronage, dependency and control.
A king should embody the dignity, history and collective identity of his people. Under Museveni's (mis)rule, traditional leaders are too often expected to survive on state favors, vehicles, security, appointments and political approval.
Their independence is gradually suffocated—not by a single dramatic act, but by years of calculated and systematic destruction.
That is how authority dies and that is how Museveni kills the real kings.
It is crippling when cultural leaders must flatter the president to protect their institutions. It is crippling when royal legitimacy is treated as something the central government can grant, restrict or manipulate.
It is crippling when a president who calls himself a king places himself above the very traditional leaders whose status he now invokes to justify handing out money.
Museveni's message is breathtakingly clear: 'traditional kings may exist, but he is the only one allowed to rule like one'
It's only M7 to distribute "khaki envelopes." - turning public funds into personal generosity.
Shs140 billion is allocated in the national budget for his "community outreach and initiatives." That is not money from his private cattle or a royal estate. It is public money—taxpayers' money—rebranded as the personal benevolence of the ruler.
Then comes the hypocrisy.
Museveni condemns MPs for giving money to voters. He tells churches to ask where politicians get their cash. He warns voters that accepting money means surrendering their political power.
Yet he defends his own handouts. That is not opposition to vote-buying. It is a demand for exclusive ownership of vote-buying.
That is how despotism presents itself in its late stage: not as a coup, but as a ruler abandoning the last pretense that he is merely an elected servant.
And that is how kings and the pretense around them are destroyed: not always by direct crippling, but by weakening the meaning of authority, replacing service with patronage, independence with dependence, and citizenship with submission.
Uganda is not Museveni's kingdom. The Constitution does not provide for a king in Kololo.
Most importantly, public money is not royal charity. Cultural leaders are not political ornaments. Citizens are not subjects.
Enough is Enough with Musevenism!

After Poisoning King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV to Death, Senile Criminal Museveni Turns His Guns on Tooro’s Royal Head
Tooro is still mourning Omukama Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, and already criminal Yoseri Tibuhaburwa Kagutema alias Museveni is sniffing around Tooro like a vulture at a funeral.
This senile criminal has sent his goon, Lt. Gen. Kayanja Muhanga, who has abducted Omusuuga Omubiito Kayondo Charles Kamurasi from Karuziika.
That is how this senile Museveni works. When he wants a kingdom, or fears he cannot control it, he sends terror first and custom later. He does not wait for burial rites. He does not leave the Babiito to bury their king and choose their heir.
He inserts soldiers into a funeral and treats a royal household like an enemy camp. Fellow Batooro, fellow Ugandans: condemn this madness. Tooro is not Museveni’s private estate. Stand with the royal family. Stand against this long, violent occupation of our public life.
Enough is enough with Musevenism.

Foreign power-greedy despot, M7 has been a warmonger ever since he first attempted to seize power 46 years ago.
And the amusing part? The senile despot has practically admitted it himself in his past speeches.
For 46 years, Uganda has been treated less like a country belonging to its citizens and more like a personal project with dissent treated as a crime and Ugandans expected to endure whatever comes with the “privilege” of being ruled by one man.
It is finally time to retire this endless political drama and free our country from a thug who is determined to hold Uganda hostage merely to satisfy his personal ambitions and ego.

When Dr. Martin Aliker published his autobiography title ‘The Bell is Ringing’ in 2018, despot Museveni was so bitter that the book revealed how much of a dictator he is.
The foreign octogenarian, Museveni automatically embarked on poisoning him and that is how he was served slow killing poison that claimed Dr. Martin Aliker on April 15, 2024
Here is what is in the book that angered Museveni
The Bell is Ringing revealed how ministers and senior officials groveled before Museveni. Aliker was minister of state for Foreign Affairs in 1996, and later minister of Parliamentary Affairs and presidential advisor.
“[But] I did not enjoy cabinet,” Aliker wrote. “When the president chaired the meeting, ministers behaved like primary school children wanting the class teacher to notice them.”
“I always sat next to John Nasasira, minister for Works, who sat next to a very superstitious senior minister. This man always carried a good-luck charm in his pocket. While the president was chairing the meeting, this man would have his hand in his pocket praying to his ancestors to let him keep his job as a minister although he was already old,” he wrote.
Aliker talked of how Museveni once referred to a female state minister who had raised her hand to speak as the “lady with a beautiful smile.”
Aliker said “this angered the full minister, who was also a lady, who told her never to smile to the president again!”
Aliker delved into Uganda’s chaotic political past, recalling how Museveni and himself visited President Binaisa in 1980 at State House Entebbe.
“Museveni was looking at the bullet holes in the ceiling. He was not interested at all and made no effort to hide his contempt for the president…”
Aliker revealed the drama that surrounded the privatisation of Apollo hotel (Sheraton Kampala hotel) which was his biggest disappointment.
He wrote about how a local group had made an offer in 1998 which was accepted. Then Ethiopian firm, Midroc, offered more and threatened to sue government. The officials who handled the sale demanded $5 million from Midroc as ‘key money’ but it paid $3m. The local group had also paid $2m in bribe.
Midroc officials came to Kampala and told the president what had happened.
“When they [investors] met government people to negotiate, one government official took out his pistol and laid it on the table and said ‘now let’s talk’,” Aliker wrote.
When the president was told about the incident, he got upset, but he kept his composure, Aliker wrote. These errant individuals were not dismissed..........

Patricia Rose Turindamukama, the prime suspect in the murder of 22 year old waitress Jovia Namuwulya, has appeared before City Hall Court following her arrest on August 24.
Justice delayed is Justice denied! The innocent "opposition figures" like Dr Col (rtd) Kizza Besigye, MP Muwanga Kivumbi and others who have spent years in prison or on remand, sometimes without their cases being concluded.
This is foreign power-greedy criminal despot Tibuhaburwa Kagutema alias Museveni’s selective and pretentious justice.
Under criminal despot Museveni, the law appears swift for some and deliberately slow for those who speak the truth about his regime.
Enough is Enough with Musevenism!
Col (Rtd) Dr. Kizza Besigye: The Unbowed Hero Who Never Knelt Before Criminal Museveni’s Dictatorship
The old pictures and videos recorded Col (Rtd) Dr. Kizza Besigye being stripped of dignity in public, men in uniform brutally lift him as if he was luggage, and dragging him in the back of vehicle while fists and boots find him in full view of the cameras.
That is how the war against Col (Rtd) Dr. Kizza Besigye has always looked. He did not arrive as a stranger shouting from the fence. He was a medical doctor, Makerere University graduate, a man who had already served inside the very system he later chose to confront. He was not an outsider looking in. He stood at the center of our country's politics as Criminal Museveni's personal doctor and decided the price of silence was higher than the price of resistance.
Then came 29 July 2026, in a High Court room arranged to finish him, Dr. Besigye collapsed.
The treason case was never a search for truth, it was a courtroom built by the same power that snatched him from Nairobi in November 2024 and has kept him caged ever since.
They pushed state lawyers on him, after destroying his legal team, they watched him grow weak. They withheld the specialised treatment his body now needs. Walking, speaking, writing and even holding objects have become struggles, still he objected, still he refused to kneel. For a quarter of a century this man has given every strength he possesses.
Four presidential races, house arrests, tear gas, beatings, framed files and a prison that works like a slow execution. The regime has used fear as policy and the courts as a tool of elimination.
When one generation of opposition was worn down, Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu(@HEBobiwine) rose as the next Criminal Museveni's challenger and won January 2026 general election, which was later stollen by the senile criminal Museveni.
The line did not snap because Besigye first showed that a Ugandan could look the long-ruling order in the face and keep saying no. He is still on that road today. Frail, denied proper care, yet present and unbroken.
Col (Rtd) Dr. Kizza Besigye will always be considered a hero, the Man Who Challenged criminal Museveni for 25 Years, Many have bent to criminal Museveni's intimidation and oppression, but this one did not. Stand with the fighter who is still in the fight. Enough is enough with Musevenism.
#FreeBesigye
Finally our comrades, whom the notorious, power-hungry despot M7 has turned into mercenaries guarding his bloody political interests, are gradually waking up and saying, “Enough is enough!”
This soldier’s courage should be an eye-opener to all comrades still serving who blindly prop up criminal Museveni by killing, looting, and committing all sorts of grave crimes on his orders.
Civilians, soldiers, police officers, and prison warders alike are fed up with Musevenism. It should be remembered that when citizens say NO to despots, no one can say YES for them.
It has been 46 years since foreign criminal Despot Museveni uttered the very words that now expose his true hypocritical nature.
What hurts the most is that this aging tyrant, who once swore to leave State House in a coffin, has become even more ruthless than the very regimes he claimed to fight against.
For over 40 years, blood-stained criminal Museveni has done nothing but perpetuate divisive politics as his primary strategy to cling to power.
#MuseveniMustGo
Fellow Ugandans,
Our country, Uganda is at a crossroads, to the extent that even criminal Museveni's sycophants have started coming out to say, “Enough is enough.”
For instance, this NRM MP had to use X to condemn the “serious insecurity” that has paralysed his constituency, where wanainchi are being beheaded.
This is happening despite a cocktail of thousands of security and intelligence scarecrow bootlickers operating in the area.
They're only watching and waiting for another innocent civilian labeled "opposition" to be tortured, abducted and killed in broad-daylight as the carnage unfolds, something this MP has rightly condemned.
Hon Kimosho needs to understand that power-hungry foreign despot Museveni is the sole culprit behind the spate of carnage in his constituency and the whole country.
That is precisely why the Police and UPDF remain silent: they cannot be expected to swing into action to fight themselves.
To understand this puzzle, one only needs to revisit the very same scenario infamously known as the “bijambiya killings” that paralysed the Greater Masaka Region in the aftermath of the 2021 elections.
It has been ascertained that SFC and ISO operatives were behind the extrajudicial killings of citizens using pangas, as part of criminal M7's ploy to instil fear among Ugandans, weaken the opposition, and subsequently frame the opposition for the killings.
Criminal despot Museveni ultimately presided over the persecution and death of Hon Muhammad Ssegirinya (RIP), whom he had framed in connection with the Masaka killings.
Hon Kimosho should therefore be careful. By openly waging a war against the bloodthirsty master Tibuhaburwa Kagutema a.k.a Museveni, he has placed himself in the crosshairs of the very system he once served.
Nonetheless, congratulations Hon Kimosho, and welcome to the league of legends in honesty, integrity and confidence.
