2/Dead mice after #staphylococcus and prior to #pseudomonas should be considered for the #3R rules.
Finally, relevant models of #Pseudomonas aeruginosa chronic lung infection that don't use agar beads (a very poor model for mimicking chronic infection in my opinion).
