Saddened to hear about the passing of Bev Puxley. A true gentleman, & such an inspiration who did so much for the sector. I had the honour to work with Bev during my chairmanship with @NACCCaterCare . Will always cherish those days with him. RIP Bev x And thank x

@alanpaton7@AGascoigne77 Spent some time at a Chef/Hotel School in Chermont-Ferrand on an exchange with students. They took us to a restaurant specialising in this and did a dem for students. Gorgeous!
