@hexmode Mark. Thank you for reading my book. I would love to send you my recent comments via regular email ([email protected]). And would appreciate your feedback. I dont use Twitter much at all. Russia is doomed. It is much worse than I thought.
@michaelphirsh I believe the drama will be over much sooner. Putin has started the painful end of the Russian Empire. We will see its fall sooner than later, and surely during our lifetime, Michael. I optimistic during these horrid times.
From our October issue: Thomas Graham, distinguished fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations, considers the legacy of Kennan's "long telegram" and offers his views on US-Russian relations in his review essay of Peter Eltsov's The Long Telegram 2.0

The key chapter from my recent book on the fall of Russia is translated and published in Siberia; accompanied by a peer-review and my response. Wow! Maybe, indeed we will see the United States of Siberia. If you read Russian, you can see everything here: https://t.co/LgULaVsI61
@JadeArchaeobot @HarvardGSAS Jade. Horrid to hear this. I am a 2004 Harvard archaeology graduate, taught one semester as a TA for Urton. I feel dirty now and very disturbed. This is simply a disgusting behavior. Thank you so much for sharing.
@ViktorsMakarovs Dear Mr. Makarovs. I saw you are following me on Twitter. Did you see my recent book? I thought it could be of interest in Latvia. I could share an e-file with you. My email is: [email protected] Here is the link to the book: https://t.co/2SLnYdJRJ0
@DanielPipes Dr. Pipes. I saw you commented on my politico piece in August 2019. Did you see my book "The Long Telegram 2.0"? It came out this year. I would love to hear your opinion. My email is [email protected] https://t.co/2SLnYdJRJ0
@rare_musings I agree it could be very frightening. If Russia disintegrates along the ethnic borders created by the communists, it could lead to the Armageddon. The best would be if Siberia proclaims independence. They tried to do this on several occasions. I talk about this in the book.
