@theswapnilsri Spelling mistake on boarding 😲. It could be a typo while booking. Better luck next time. Always look for your name, flight details and date after booking a ticket. A typo can be corrected by calling the CS within a specified time from the departure D/T.

@IndiGo6E Your system sucks badly. It took 4.5 minutes to book the ticket and then 11 minutes to process the payment, only to show no data was available. Then 10 minutes to connect the call to customer service and 10+ minutes of discussion with no resolution.😊
@agasthyakantu Brake failure? That explanation doesn’t sit right. Even in high-end cars, multiple safety systems exist to slow down a vehicle — ABS, engine braking, handbrake, downshifting. Total loss of control usually points more towards over speeding and negligence than just brake failure.
