We had a pleasure to diagnose 2023 PAPI findings & suggest ways to address bottlenecks in improving local govs’ performance w/t >500 public officials and civil servants from provincial to commune levels in Dak Nong on 16 Aug. PwD inclusion in e-services were also shared & heard.
📈 Son La People’s Committee hosted 2023 PAPI diagnostic workshop to discuss issues of local citizens’ concern & share commitments to improved performance and delivery of public services on 8 Aug. Enhanced access to e-services 4 ethnic minority people was a topic of the session.
📈Honoured to diagnose citizen feedback thru 2023 PAPI wt >1,000 public officials & civil servants from municipal to commune levels in HCMC on 18Jul. Good practices from other provinces also shared wt HCMC officials. Hope HCMC will improve gov performance & serve citizens better.
