Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee hosted the 2022 #PAPIvn diagnostic wks wt the participation of public officials & civil servants frm all 559 communes, 27 districts & all departments. Strong commitments to improving localgov performance at all levels will benefit citizens.
2023 #PAPIvn kicked off on 17 Aug wt training of enumerators for 1st batch of 1-on-1 surveys in 4 provinces from 18 Aug. Be4 the field surveys, 31 field controllers who will supervise & monitor data collection in 832 villages of 416 communes of 208 districts trained on 9&18Aug.

A fruitful 2022 #PAPIvn diagnostic wks wt Quang Tri authorities from provincial to commune levels on July 5 gave participants insights into what leaders & civil servants in QTri could do more to serve their citizens. Support to bring e-services to all but EM citizens will follow.
