Why working lacks TRANSPARENCY ?
On other hand , Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum gave extension to LPG Bulk Transport Public Tender for 2 years illegally on popular demand of few transporters, but 80000 + Petrol Pump Dealers Legal Increase Commission Demand simply ignored despite agreement (copy attached).

Kindly be serious in implementation of vision of PRIDE OF BHARAT Prime Minister Modi Ji of full transparency in working,whom the whole WORLD has started not only admiring but started following :

What special relationship do the Managements have with the Petrol Pump Dealers in the photograph that every meeting in relation to Petrol Pump Dealers starts with them and ends with them out of 80000 Petrol Pump Dealers of the Country ? Kindly enlighten us all also what special treatment these Dealers give to Managements that they are all time favourite of Managements of Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum ? Please reply frankly so that we also amend ourselves, if any shortfall in us , is there so that even we , turn by turn , are called for meetings !!!!!!
On one hand @PetroleumMin refuses to recognise any Associations , on other hand letters are issued to Associations for meetings rather than Petrol Pump Dealers of the Country. Rather Dealers of Rajasthan had to approach Honourable Rajasthan High Court for participation in meetings.
Are the Managements sure that their working is TRANSPARENT ?????

*Meeting with OMCs*

Dear Dealers,
All the associations including AIPDA, CIPD, LMS and FAIPT met ED's OMC Mr. B.Santosh, Mr. Saumitra Srivastava, Mr. N.D.Mathur, Mr. Sandeep Maheswari and team of OMC officials at Indian Oil State office at Delhi for increase in dealer margin and other issues. All the dealer representatives unanimously demanded immediate increase in dealer margin and increase in dealer business return to Rs.2 Lacs from the current Rs.27.5k based on new decreased national throughput. All the dealer representatives agreed to weighted average of all states for salary purpose calculation in commission formula subject to increase in above mentioned dealer business return. Since all these calculation will take time the dealer representatives requested for an interim increase in dealer margin which will be discussed by OMC's internally and will be reverted as soon as possible.

A meeting of “SELECTED BLUE EYED PETROL PUMP DEALERS” probably 4/5 in number being called on 21/22 of February 2024 at Mumbai by O.M.C.’s (Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum, Hindustan Petroleum). What kind of hidden agenda or special deals do O.M.C.’s further have to offer for their favourite Dealers that this meet has been kept secretive ? Why O.M.C.’s are comfortable with a handful NEXT LEVEL RICH Dealers only , ignoring the hand to mouth Dealers, full majority in number is a BIG MATTER OF INVESTIGATION !

Taking forward the true implementation of ZERO TOLERANCE TO CORRUPTION VISION of PRIDE OF BHARAT, Prime Minister Modi ji, I request all above stated Authorities to check the favouritism / special facilities /VIP treatment being given to certain leaders of Associations of Petrol Pump Dealers by Oil Marketing Companies (Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited) in order to suppress the rest 70000 and above Petrol Pump Dealers suffering / struggling for financial survival, through out the Country. Special treatment like giving high selling Petrol Pumps on addhoc , special credit facilities, updation of leaders Petrol Pumps on priority , giving new dealerships at locations with very high volumes out of the way etc etc to some handful leaders of Associations through out the Country by above stated Oil Marketing Companies is illegal, unethical and unjustified. Thorough impartial honest investigation of this CRIMINAL ACT of Oil Marketing Companies, if done, shall precipitate out all such illegal activities done by Oil Marketing Companies in the past and present at the cost of respective Company’s exchequer, shall stop such illegal/ unethical acts in future.
