The service successfully launched in @BetsiCadwaladr and was rolled out in @CV_UHB after shared learning as part of the #SafeCareCollaborative.
PaRT rolled out Call 4 Concern across @CV_UHB today. Inpatients across UHW & UHL if acutely deterioration & that they feel is not being appropriately managed can make a C4C to PaRT for an independent review. Thanks to everyone who has helped with this patient safety initiative.

Controversial discussions - Critical Care background is essentially for an outreach nurse. Our team in Cardiff have a 50/50 Critical Care/ward nurse split. We strongly feel our ODP, EU, Medicine, Renal, Neuro nurses make up an incredibly strong team 🤘🏻
