That said, I expect this to take time. I am willing to wait, although I too am discouraged, because I want longterm relevance.

Far too many of us declared that we'd be winners following his hire, as we've done w/every new coach(-Gase). This culture of instant gratification then leads to extreme disappointment the process repeats itself.
