This is also the case in Wales! It's awful and makes living as a trainee much harder!! 😣

EPs are a much needed profession but the government's don't invest in us enough to train sadly!!

Tomorrow the national minimum wage increases to £10.42ph. This means that under current funding arrangements, our year 3s earn under the national minimum wage. £10.30 ph providing an essential service for LAs. Something has to change! @scotgov
