After 20 days and multiple calls to o2, I’ve decided to request a refund and return my order. It’s amazing how quick they work to get you off the phone and take zero accountability for the poor customer service and experience…‘£50 compensation and we’ll close your complaint’ @o2
Another day and still no resolution or reply from o2. ‘We will raise a ticket’. Terrible network. The worst in fact @O2@Ofcom@DailyMail@CommsOmbudsman@BBC Watch purchased on 31 march and no resolution but o2 was so quick to take the payment.
Received a call via X from someone claiming to be from @O2 with no access to my account or any details. If genuine, this is another shocking unprofessional failure. If not, I suggest @O2 investigate further.
Purchased an Apple Watch SE (3rd Generation) directly from O2 14 days ago - still no cellular. Repeatedly told to “wait 3 days”, then “wait 24 hours”, and that it’s “escalated” - yet nothing happens. Completely unacceptable service from @O2@virginmedia. @Ofcom@CommsOmbudsman
Purchased an Apple Watch SE (3rd Generation) directly from @O2 14 days ago for my son’s 10th birthday… still no cellular. Endless calls/escalations no callbacks, no resolution. Extremely poor service. If not resolved immediately, I will escalate to the @CommsOmbudsman@Ofcom .
